At Ahmad Jamal Textile Mills, a Caustic Recovery System (CRS) is installed that recovers around 60-65%caustic soda from waste water generated through mercerization process. This helps to mitigate water pollution as well as prevents needless expenses.
Ahmad Jamal Textile Mills has made special arrangements to install Heat Exchangers with all machines to help reduce cost and minimize energy loss and wastage of resources. These arrangements include transfer of heat energy to fresh water which is fed to machines.
We have merged the supplies of electricity, gas, and diesel generators to deliver uninterrupted power supply to Ahmad Jamal Textile Mills. This arrangement helps us to avoid any unnecessary wastage of resources. We pay great attention to hire trained, qualified, and skilled workers to operate our machines. We also conduct regular in-house training sessions to convey the importance of efficient resource utilization in a workspace. These practices ensure that the right person is on the right machine doing the right job, eventually resulting in optimum utilization of resources.
